Abstract
Falls among older adults are a major public health issue, with significant consequences that require special attention. However, access to effective fall prevention programs remains limited for Francophone minority communities.
The Marche vers le futur (MVF) program was designed as an innovative telehealth solution, offering access to this type of program in French in remote Francophone communities. It offers two options:
-
MVF Salle, where the facilitator is remote and participants gather in a community room;
-
MVF Home, where each participant follows the program from home.
This project will examine issues related to the optimal conditions for implementation and the relative effectiveness of these two components.
