Summary

This project aims to evaluate the extent to which training on active offer, provided by the Réseau du mieux-être francophone du Nord de l’Ontario, influences participants’ behaviors in the active delivery of French-language services to clients.
More specifically, we seek to determine whether the training demystifies the concept of active offer, strengthens participants’ skills, and provides them with concrete tools to integrate this approach into their practice to improve access to services in French.

Let's bring science and communities together to improve equity, access, and quality of care in French in all minority situations across Canada.
