Summary

Following a provincial dialogue bringing together key partners, joint strategies will be developed to improve the retention of professionals and, consequently, access to French-language health and wellness services for Francophone and Acadian minority communities (FAMCs). One of the major outcomes of the study will be the development of an intersectoral consensus on retention factors, concrete solutions, and priorities for organizational initiatives
At the end of the funding period, strategic bridges will be established between stakeholders in different regions of New Brunswick in order to pool actions and strategies for staff retention. Long-term objectives and practical solutions will be co-created “by and for” key partners, ensuring their relevance and sustainable implementation.

Let's bring science and communities together to improve equity, access, and quality of care in French in all minority situations across Canada.
